Refund Policy:
There shall be no refunds given, however, defective equipment may be exchanged within 20 days of receipt.

To return your product that is broken or defective purchased from Ana Lobo Skin Care

1. Please email us at info@analoboskincare.com. Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for return.

2. You will receive an email with a shipping label to be used for the return.

3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 full billing cycles.

4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from analoboskincare.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.
