All products are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and rinse thoroughly with water. Consult your physician when using any of these products while pregnant or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Shipments will generally be made within 3-5 business days from receipt of purchaser’s order. Ana Lobo Skin Care makes no guarantee as to the time of delivery and is not liable for any monetary loss or damages of any kind resulting from delayed delivery.

**All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.**

All orders are documented from purchase to delivery. In the event that items are missing from a shipment package, Ana Lobo Skin Care must be notified and sent a photo of the picking ticket / invoice by the Purchaser within 72 hours of package delivery. The picking ticket / invoice is a description of all items associated with your order located in each package. Failure of notification within the 72 hours window will result in no action from Ana Lobo Skin Care.


No refunds are given. Any defective device must be returned to Ana Lobo Skin Care within 20 days for examination and inspection.  Upon confirmation of defect, defective products will be replaced within 30 days.

In no event shall Ana Lobo Skin Care be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the devices. Damages are limited to repair or replacement of the items purchased.
